Jennifer Scotese President
Jennifer joined Express Data 22 years ago as a purchasing agent and has held the positions of Office Manager and Assistant Vice President. Jennifer is responsible for Express Data System’s day to day operations as well as the company’s long term strategy. Jennifer earned a B.S. from Susquehanna University and has been Recording Secretary, Placement Chairperson, was the Treasurer of the Pottstown Junior Service League, and frequently volunteers at her son's school.

Terry Keifer Senior Vice President
As one of the original partners of Express Data Systems, Inc. Terry is responsible for all the programming for the payroll system and developed Express Data Systems proprietary P.C. software, Express Input. As one of the founding partners Terry is expert at developing systems to answer clients specific needs and a real, behind-the-scenes customer service specialist.

Jay S. Berman Senior Vice President
Another one of Express Data Systems’ original partners, Jay’s vision lead the company for the last two decades. Jay is currently a trustee at the prestigious Hill School, Pottstown, PA, Past Treasurer of PAID (Pottstown Area Industrial Development), Past Board Member of Pottstown Downtown Foundation and an active member of the Pottstown Classics Car Club.

Toni Hartman Operations Manager
Toni has been with the company for more 16 years and is the critical component in making certain that everything goes right with Express Data Systems Inc’s core competency, payroll processing. Toni supervises the operations staff and organizes the company’s continuing educational endeavors to remain current with tax law and business trends.

Teresa Kearney Sales Director
Express Data sales leader, Teresa is married with four children. She most recently worked for VWR, a distributor of scientific research products and prior to that she was a stay at home mom for over eight years after an early career as European Territory Sales Manager at Comwave International. Teresa earned her Bachelor of Science in education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed graduate study in Psychology at Texas A&M University.
